It’s always an exciting time of year receiving our Christmas deliveries. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks unwrapping the most beautiful ambient products, Christmas puddings, delicious shortbread, jams and jellys, even dog treats! These will all be lovingly displayed in the shop from next week (once Halloween is over).
We really enjoy speaking to our lovely suppliers about what they have on offer to make your Christmas special. It’s a busy and important time of year for all of the businesses we work with. We’re especially excited to have a lovely range of delicious wild Scottish game. Just the sound of a Venison Wellington encased in a delicious wrapping of mushroom pate and parma ham makes us hungry. We’re sure the pheasant, sage and chestnut stuffing will also be popular. Game is a very local product and Christmas is the perfect season to enjoy it.
To make things a little easier this year we’ve also added a Family Feast Box for the first time. This is everything you need for Christmas dinner to feed 12 at a set price. If you are invited out for Christmas this year then our beautiful Christmas Cheese Box might be the perfect gift to bring along. Enough to feed 6-8 people and brimming with delicious farmhouse cheeses, crackers, chutneys and all the trimmings.
