Rob’s Lager is something we decided to create in the year after dad died. Fast forward a few years and we are delighted to have partnered with Crafty Maltsters and St Andrews Brewing Co. to malt our Ardross barley and we’re in the process of brewing our very own lager.
Dad wasn’t a big drinker but he did like an easy to drink, light lager after a long day at harvest. So this is an homage to Rob, crafted from the barley grown on the land he cherished working with other small, local businesses.
The lager will be available in November and will make an excellent present or drink to enjoy at home and with friends.
