We are delighted to be contributing to The Herald’s Recipe of the Day, our very first recipe for Pulled Brisket has just been printed bit.ly/2tqhptS

This is a recipe we first created for the wonderful Crail Food Festival for a producers talk.

Devised by our chef at the time, Iain, this is a fantastic slow cooked recipe that has just enough spice to keep dinner interesting. We love it on a wrap or roll with lots of salad and houmous but it’s just as good with potatoes and green veg. There are a lot of ingredients but trust us, it’s delicious!
