Five Ways With…….

2 hour cookery workshop

Join us in our loft for ideas and practical tips on how to cook your favourite vegetables. Run by Christopher Trotter, Fife’s Food Ambassador and renowned local food champion, these workshops will inspire you to use these delicious, local vegetables in your everyday cooking.

Kale & Leeks                                                                      Saturday 25th March                        2pm – 4pm
Rhubarb & Purple Sprouting Broccoli                       Saturday 8th April                              2pm – 4pm
Asparagus & Cauliflower                                               Saturday 6th May                              2pm – 4pm

Learn how to take fresh, seasonal vegetables and turn them into new and exciting dishes perfect for family meals or a special occasion.
